Incorruptible Vol. 1

Incorruptible, written by Mark Waid, follows the story of a super villain Max Damage who has a change of heart and decides to give up his evil ways and fight on the side of good. It seems like over the past 5-10 years twisting what it means to be a hero (Watchmen comes to mind as a forefather) has been hot. While Incorruptible has some snappy writing and interesting characters I found that in the end the art style was just OK, the story doesn't blaze any new territory and the dark anti-hero has been done better.

Exit Through the Gift Shop

Exit Through the Gift Shop was a fascinating "documentary". It's a story of an OCD "film-maker" Thierry Guetta, who stumbles onto the street art world and ultimately hooks up with one of the most famous street artists of all time Banksy. This film twists the art world on it's head and makes for a very interesting conversation about who's doing the playing and who's getting played.

What's up everyone!? My name is Sam. I'm a programmer for a company called Schell Games and I live in Pittsburgh, PA. But more importantly I love movies, games, music and TV shows. Recently I've wanted a good way to document the things I've finished and my thoughts. My dilemma is this, I love giving things a rating but I hate writing long complicated reviews.
